~ We are fully registered and licensed therapists who can direct bill to most insurance carriers, including RCMP/VA (Medavie Blue Cross), Alberta Blue Cross, and companies under the Telus Health umbrella.
Cancellation Policy - We require 12 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. A $55.00 fee is charged to the client for no show appointments. A 10 minute grace period is given to late arrivals, if the client fails to arrive, the appointment is considered a no-show.
